How Wired Am I?

1. Can I create a webpage? Yes; I can use Dreamweaver, Webmonkey and similar programs yet I cannot code in HTML.
2. Have I written a blog? Sort of; I have tried to post to previous blogs but have so far not been consistent with posting.
3. Am I an avid consumer of digital content? Yes, I access streaming videos, ordered books, converted all my music to mp3 and seek out cutting-edge websites constantly.
4. Do I comment, chat, or tweet? Sort of; I do not like to pay attention to Facebook, nor have I gotten into the act of twitting, yet I do contribute to forums and offer my informed opinions.
5. Am I familiar with different online platforms? Yes; I have surfed the web over computer, smartphone, and tablets with different operating software platforms.
6. Can I shoot a video, edit it and post it online? Yes, I have already done this and posted to a previous blog and YouTube.
7. Can I record audio, edit it and post it online? Yes, I have done some amateur audio production for friends who play music.
8. Could I create an interactive graphic? Yes; I have used Google maps before to highlight points of interest. I have also created a simple flash animation for navigating a basic website.
9. Is the Web my primary news source? Yes; news aggregation websites have become my favorites and I read them every day.
10. Could I cover an event at 9am, then post a 6-inch complete multimedia story by noon? Sort of; I have never been given such a short deadline, but I am confident with my skills in writing, photography, and videography to the extent that I would accept such an assignment.
